You’re Approved, Now What?

You have an Accepted Offer to Purchase and have received your mortgage approval. So now what?  Here are the steps we take to get you to the finish line:

First things first, we will review your mortgage approval conditions with you. Your mortgage agent will then book a mortgage signing appointment with you to walk you through the details of your new mortgage so you walk away feeling comfortable and knowledgeable of the product you are in.  

After the signing appointment, your lender will send the “mortgage instructions” to your lawyers office.  Sounds complicated?  Don’t worry we have you covered and will communicate directly with your lawyer so it takes that work and stress right off of your shoulders.

A few days before your closing date you will meet with your lawyer to sign the remaining legal documents.
